Who is Bounce House Basketball?

Bounce House Basketball is a newly developed business that was established in late 2021 that offers a wide range of basketball programs which include Tournaments, Development Clinics, School Holiday programs, inter school competitions, strength and conditioning advice to aspiring ballers as well as pathways into multiple programs across Metropolitan Melbourne

What is the Labor Day Classic?

This is a tournament open to junior ballers in U10, U12, U14 and U16 boys and girl’s basketball.

It is a 1-day intensive tournament that will run out of the Coburg Basketball Stadium – Outlook Road, Coburg on Saturday the 12th of March which is the Saturday of the Labor Day weekend.

Who Can Enter?

Any players in the above age group can enter a team. We will only be hosting 4 girls’ teams and 4 boys’ teams from each age group so please register as spots will fill up fast.

Presents the Junior Labor Day Classic

1. The Junior Labor Day Tournament is open to all rep and Domestic clubs.

2. All games will be played under FIBA Rules, excepting for the specific tournament rules as listed.

3. Tournament officials will supply game balls.

4. Teams cannot commence a game with less than FOUR (4) players and no more than. A maximum of 10 players can take the court, per game.

5. Players foul out at (5) fouls

6. 2x20min Halves. Running clock till last minute of the first half and last two minutes of the second half. 2min halftime break.

7. 2x Timeouts per half.

8. All teams must supply a timekeeper/Scorer and scorer(sheet).

9. All players must wear team uniforms. Each team must have alternate colours to avoid a colour clash.

10. Teams must not add new players in finals.

11. All teams are guaranteed no less than 3 games and finals if qualified.
